I have set up free shipping above 79eur but I have it still in the cart, no matter you are logged in or not. Plus, when I want to checkout, there is no carrier for my address. I tried to add zones and countries but not working. I am able to provide access to my admin, just help me to overcome this issue. I will be very glad to you.
