My original website doesn't transfer over into the new version of Prestashop

I had the old version of Prestashop and I've been trying to upgrade to the new one. I just downloaded it through the BitNami tutorial pinned above and it works, but my original account is still stuck in the old version. When I open up the new version, it has a different account that doesn't have any of my original website stuff. How do I transfer all of that to the new version?
