a_smith Posted October 26, 2013 Share Posted October 26, 2013 (edited) Hello I use PS1.5.6 . All was fine till yesterday. I've got strange problem on the back end. First one is with the product cancelation on order page. When I try to delete (cancel) product using check marks. After I confirm it by the CANCEL PRODUCTS on the bottom, the yelow AJAX window appear on the top of the page. Problem is that it stays there forever, page wont reload and ticked products are not deleted from the list. Second problem is similar and it must be (somehow) related. Its on the product quantity sheet. After I change the quantity the AJAX box appear onto the top of the page. It stay there going round forever, page wont reload and it says SAVING DATA all the time. Please see attached file. After I reload the page it all disappear and the quantity gets updated. No server and no prestashop configuration has been changed. Its not the browser or PC related. I tried to delete all smarty cache/compile files same as the theme cache filews. It didnt help. The problem come up yesterday without even configuration changes or new modules installation. a_smith Posted October 27, 2013 Author Share Posted October 27, 2013 (edited) Hello, Just for the others having strange/similar issues on the BO In my case it was PS EBAY module causing this. After I disabled the module all is back to normal. Also the BO feels to be faster now.
