I am getting this error while installing a payment module any pointers?

Well i have now fixed this issue the problem is with the mail alert module which i have disabled fro the moment however now, if i try to pay for an item and put the wrong credit card details in then it was advise me wrong details then click here to try again this is when i get

regarding to depracated message:

 

deprecated communicate means that module use old programming methods. it isn't critical error, moreover - this is not php parse error just communicate from prestashop core, that module use old ps funcitons.

 

everything works well, ps just inform about that.
