mmcgennity Posted October 22, 2013 Share Posted October 22, 2013 Hi, I have made a couple of sales from my site and the buyer is getting a confirmation email but I am not. If I try sending a test email from the back office I get the following message: Error: please check your configuration Sending failed using mail() as PHP's default mail() function returned boolean FALSE. We only found out because the user contacted us directly to ask where his order was. Can anyone tell me where to look to try to sort this out please. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
