How to reduce number of on page links (Important for seo)

I was reading about seo and saw google and other search engines don't like pages that have more then 100 links but with prestashop featured products and new products blocks web page go over 100 links easily ( see this image ) 1, 2, 3 and 4 is count as separate links but the destination is same (For one product 4 links)

                                     

                                      

 

 

I was thinking to combine at least two of these links and reduce number of links (ex; image and product name use only one link instead of two)

 

This code need to modify but i don't know how ,can someone help me with this (maybe helpful to lot of people)

It worked, but some how it changed the product block professional look ,guess i can't change the code and keep the same look .
