[SOLVED] logo transperency doesn't work

Hello,

 

I uploaded a .png logo with transparent background on: preferences -> themes -> Appearance -> Header Logo.

 

For some reason prestashop converted the image and the background of logo is white instead of transparent.

 

How can I fix this? Does this happen by default? I can handle all files without any problem just need to know where to look at.

you're on prestabox.com service? or just use own hosting?

Oh sorry! The forum is so big and in so many languages that I got kind of lost. I didn't even knew what prestabox is. I guess it's like prestashop with a wix business model or something.

 

Is there anything I can do to move this topic to the proper place or something?

have you tried with changing value mentioned above? then upload logo one more time

I changed the Image quality settings then re-uploaded and it's transparent now
