Modules on specific pages

Hi,

 

I'd like to know how I can set a custom html module (or any other module) to appear on specific pages like a specific category or only the shopping cart page or only the product detail page or only a specific product detail page.

 

How can this be done?

to display module on certain pages, you have to define "exceptions"

open  modules > positions tab in your back office

 

you will see list of "places" in your store like home, left colum, right column etc.

Find place where your module appears, then click edit button near it.

you will see form to define exceptions.
