Shipping carriers

Hello

I use the PS 1.4.7, and now I have uppdate to the newest one.

I still have som problems with the shipping.

For now i use 3 different.

Come to the store ( free )
Sweden ( shipping fee Incl tax )
Norway ( shipping fee exkl tax )

But i whant the user that are members in the myranes Racing Norway only can chose the, come to the store and Norway.

And the one from sweden can chose the come to the store, and sweden shipping.

So Norway ( show only 2 shipping )
sweden ( show only 2 shipping. )

But now if i´m logged as norway customer  I can se all 3.

I have set in BO - carrier.

Carrier name: Posten Norge

 

This carrier is not free and the delivery announced is: 5 - 6 days.

 

The shipping cost is calculated according to the price and the tax rule No Tax will be applied.

 

This carrier can deliver orders from 10000.000000 kr to 50000.000000 kr. If the order is out of range, the behavior is to apply the cost of the highest defined range.

 

This carrier will be proposed for those delivery zones:

NORWAY

 

And it will be proposed for those client groups:

Myranes Norway
Norway Customer

But why can i se the swedish shipping and not the norway....
