Error related to Send Mail ?

Hello

 

I have an issue with PR 1.5.5.0

 

I create an order manually from back office and when I click on Create Order I got the error message listed below.  A mail is sent to my customer and the customer have recieved it (Order confirmation)

The order is also created when I look at the list so it seems to work but this error message does not look good to me.

 

What can it be ?

I realise now that I did not get any shipping option when I added the order this way and the last line in the error message points to fraktguide which is the shipping module I am using.
