Brighteyes Posted September 27, 2013 Share Posted September 27, 2013 I've spent a few hours now trying to get shipping set up and i'm beginning to think there's a bug with the cart? I understand how the shipping works with zones/weight ranges etc so I have tried most of the obvious solutions to this. Here's the problem... I have different shipping costs according to weight. You can see in the screenshot that for a weight range between 100 - 1000 lbs UK postage should be £3.50 and South American £18.50. However no matter which South American country I select the shipping shows as £4.95. It's the same for any other zone. I'm using cart version 1.4.8.2 Hope someone can help! I have now made South America a separate carrier called 'International Shipping'. Can you see anything wrong with this setup?
