I am not sure whether this is a bug but I look at the source code of the shop and the current page menu item in blocktopmenu (the horizontal default menu) should get the class "sfHoverForce" according to what I read. But this is not the case - the li of the selected item shows the class "sfHover" in firebug for about 2 seconds than it disappears ... as if it gets stripped out of the code at a later stage ... needless to say that any custom styling doesn't work ...
