[SOLVED] modify metatag description

Hi Guys,

on home page, html code show this:

 

<meta name="description" content="Negozio powered by PrestaShop" />

<meta name="keywords" content="negozio, prestashop" />

<meta name="generator" content="PrestaShop" />

 

then some lines below:

<div style="display:none;"><a href="http://mypresta.eu">Free Prestashop Modules</a></div>

 

but in the inner pages html code are:

<meta name="generator" content="PrestaShop" />

 

 

- question:

- how can i change the meta tags? (manually in template or in some modules) - for home page and for the other website pages..

- how to change this: <div style="display:none;"><a href="http://mypresta.eu">Free Prestashop Modules</a></div> ---> in a .tpl file?

it's a part of module that you probably use, it's an old version of this addon - so you need to remove it manually.

 

May i know what module from my wesbite you're using? i will show you step by step how to remove this line.


to change meta tags for homepage, go to preferences > seo & urls

near "index" click on edit button:


you will see fields to edit meta tags
