yotpo 1.2.9 problem

Hi, I've got the same problem with PS 1.5.4.0 and yotpo 1.2.9.

 

I've tried to fix it, there are clearly some bugs and confusion between $this->_path and $this->_yotpo_module_path (at line ~100 in yotpo.php).

 foreach ($this->_required_files as $file)
            if (!file_exists($this->_path.$file))
                $this->setError($this->l('Can\'t include file '.$this->_yotpo_module_path .$file));

Once changing here and there the path I could install the yotpo module, clicking on Configure gives me no form or whatsoever to configure yotpo (still have the PS menu though).

Thank you all for bringing this to our attention. Prestashop made an update to Yotpo without our knowledge which created a conflict with updating/installing Yotpo, we are now working on getting an updated version sent to Prestashop. We will post updates regularly.

Some good news. Our QA just gave us the green light to provide you with version 1.3.0 which you can use to override the problematic version. 

 

Visit the link below, download the zip and override your current version to successfully install Yotpo in your Prestashop store.

Hi,

 

Now works fine, but there is a problem, the reviews view is over tabs and the review tab has disappeared.

Hi all,

I try to download the last release to test it.

Announced is version 1.3.1, but when I click on download, the file is named v1.2.8...

There is something wrong somewhere here.

getting an error on a larger site when trying to submit past orders in the yopto module page

 

error [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module SpecificPrice:
Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded

 

Any tips I cannot seem to find this module.

 

The module does work well on smaller sites on the same server.

Hi,

With yotpo module 1.3.1, I have this error in Google test tool:
Erreur : If count is specified in review aggregate, page should contain reviews. Otherwise you may want to use votes.

 

Is this error related to the module?
We told me that:

Your marked-up review uses “count” instead of “votes”. “count” specifies the total number of reviews for an item. “votes” specifies the number of people who provided a rating, with or without an accompanying review. A site can specify count or votes, or both.

I have had this module sending emails asking for reviews in a different language, at least that is what a customer told me.

 

Secondly, the import email addresses via CSV for mass mailings does not work, and people have mentioned the same in your website support knowledgebase.

how to add testimonials widget on each page in shop?

 

Hey t0mmK, 

 

You can embed the testimonials by logging into your Yotpo admin and clicking on Customize-->Testimonials. On the Testimonials page you can copy the embed code and place it wherever you like on your site.

i'm in prestashop 1.5.5 and use yotpo module 1.3.2 (work with an other website 1.4.10 in the same host)

 

in the last 90 days i have more 100 orders but no email send . in yotpo dashboard i have no product as order yet, i don't understand.

 

please help
