dorje Posted September 6, 2013 Share Posted September 6, 2013 Hi all i am facing a strange problem, I can't access my backend. whenever i try to login then the login page keeps redirecting . when i try to login through this page http://www.gurkha-kukri.com/superadmin/login.php then it redirects to this page http://www.gurkha-kukri.com/superadmin/login.php?redirect=index.php. All my login info's are correct, i also regenerated the new password but still no luck with the new password. I also tried this step to resolve the problem http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11335073/prestashop-cant-login-in-admin but didn't help. Actually it occurred after enabling the Google's pagespeed service. After enabling, the site was running smoothly for first few hours then suddenly i was logged out from admin and then i couldn't login in there again.So i disabled the pagespeed service right away but the problem is still there.
