1.5.4.1 Checkout with product cominbation - Oops, something went wrong.

I have been developing the site for awhile with 1.5.4.1 now.

 

Whenever I check out with products with attributes (it doesn't matter what payment module I use), I will get redirect to a page with the following error with a dead link logo at the top:

 

Oops, something went wrong.

 

Try to refresh this page or feel free to contact us if the problem persists.

 

If I check out with products without any attributes (doesn't use the product combination) then it works fine.

 

The order and price does actually saved under the CMS, but the product section is empty.

 

Does anyone ever encounter this error before?

What might the cause of this?

Property OrderDetail->product_name is not valid

at line 837 in file classes/ObjectModel.php

 

 

 

But thats weird, it works fine without using product combintation.
