Where can I find Contact Menu Configure? I would like adding text, email and phone number?

as I mark d below

It´s not possible from the back office. You would have to write the code in the contact-form.tpl file in your theme.

What confused you exactly? That you had to edit a file?

This form is a form to 'interact' with the site owner using the site's possibilities.

 

On the front page itself, you can add other contact info, like phone number, Email address, address etc. (See your footer).

You can change this info by going to Modules->modules,

then find block contact info

and press configure.

 

or another:

again go to Modules->modules

find 'contact block' (no 'info')

and press configure, to change the phone number and Email address for this block:
