Emails from Contact page

I have two installations of 1.5.1. One to go Live, the other a test area. as a result of entering details in the Contact Us page, both send confirmation emails to customers, as expected.

 

Sadly one of these has somehow "screwed up" (the Go Live one), the other is as expected.

 

Could someone please tell me what I need to do to get the "screwed up" one to appear as the other.

take a look in to the mail templates, you can copy working mail template to store, where it doesnt work

Call me stupid but I can't find the template that refers to this email. Could you kindly point me right at it. Thanks

you can find it in:

1. mails/YOUR_LANGUAGE/contact.txt/html
   
2. mails/YOUR_LANGUAGE/contact_form.txt/html
   

 

or in back office localization > translations

from first dropdown select "email translations" and click on flag button, then open "core mails"

So my questions is: have you checked these files?
