[solved] Users cann't see the payments - Cash On Delivery Error

Hello everyone,

 

Our users can not choose a payment. They get a white page.

What can I do?

We use prestashop 1.4.11.0

Yes,... I know. But when I tray to order some thing by myself I get the white page. So do you know how I can get the error code?

to obtain the error code, follow this 'how to'

then reproduce the error, you should see on the blank page, the error

 

if not then you need to check your error log in your hosting account

see if you can find the solution...

 

you can disable this module until you find a fix...assuming there is another payment method...

downlaod (using ftp) and back up (copy to another folder) your modules/cashondelivery/cashondelivery.php

 

using your fav editor like notepad++, open cashondelivery.php

 

delete all the lines of code

 

copy and paste this code and place in your cashondelivery.php

the code can be found here:

https://raw.github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop-1.4/development/modules/cashondelivery/cashondelivery.php

 

save the file

 

and re ftp to modules/cashondelivery/cashondelivery.php

did take a look in the file.

I read this:

But I don't know what to do there.

oke, I have downloaded the file. And I made a copy of it.

So you say: delete the code of this file. Then copy and paste the code.

So I deleted the code, and copied from the copy-file and paste it.

Then I use FTP to transfer the file.

But I get the same result.

 

When I watch this procidure, It looks to me... I do nothing...
