jojopais
Hi, I have been trying to figure out what is the best way to accomplish this task. My client's shop: shop.lilangelpetboutique.com is going to sell custom pet portraits. So I set up one product with several attributes and values. So, since the sizes of the paintings range from 5" x 5" all the way to 30" x 30" I have a shipping issue. each size painting has a different shipping rate. How can I go about setting this up? I cannot just add it in as an increase in the overall price because we are also offering free local pick-up. I have been trying to figure this one for quite a while now. I have searched on the forum but have not found a solution. Has anyone encountered this and has found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jo
tomerg3
How is your shipping currently set up? by weight, or by price? If it is by weight, you could simply give the larger attribute a weight impact, which would affect the price.
jojopais
It is set up by weight. What about the customer's that use the "Free Local Pick Up" option? Wouldn't giving the larger attribute a weight impact, add the extra fee to their price too?
tomerg3
I don't know how you have that set up, but if it's set to free, it should be free regardless of the weight..
