Hi;

I used the Product Global information page to enter selection for pricing:

Currently we have the choices Available for order , Show prices , Online only button. The combination would be useful if we had it independent. Our business model is consulting we do not offer pricing on the web like commodity products. I wished that once we choose Available for order and online line only we can deselect show prices. Once show price is off I would like message posted as Call or email for pricing. Also the customer should be able move it cart for request for pricing.

This features would be great for consulting type of business where we represent many vendors and they do not wants us to display pricing on the web.

Why don't you uncheck available to order, check show prices, and uncheck online only.

 

That way it will not be available to order but the price will show, you can then edit your product description or use an html block to say "Call to Order!" or something like that.
