chorizotpl
Help please I am trying to change the colour for the email templates in our shop from a loud pink (#db3484) and replace it in every instance with a green that fits our theme (#6b8e23). I have been into the Back Office > Tools > Translations area, opened every single template, accessed the HTML via the HTML button in the text editor and replaced the pink colour code with the green colour code every where that I have found it. I then select the "Update Translations" button and when I go back in they are all pink again! I'm on 1.4.9.0 if that helps. Where am I going wrong please? chorizotpl
Sorry Vekia - I do not understand what you mean. Can you clarify what you are asking please?
vekia
ok, no problem you said that you trying to save modified mail translations, but after "save" changes arent saved. common issue, related to this case, is wrong permissions for the /mail/ directory located in the root dir of your prestashop installation. what to do? well, you need to change CHMOD for this directory recursively (all files and subdirectories in /mail/ dir) How to do that? you can do it via FTP client or from your webhosting control panel
