Sito Lab
my english is bad, I hope to be as clear as possible, I ask the moderators if you are wrong my words of being able to change or modify at its best, so that it is as understandable as possible. 1 - download via ftp folder mails from root 2 - for the changes I used notepad + + + a free program to edit any file tpl html css etc etc. 3 - within the mail folder you will find the language of your shop (in my case English and Italian) choose the language you want to edit, inside you will find several files with double name for example account.html and select both account.txt files and with the right button select edit with notepad + + + 4 - scroll the text you want to edit 5 - this must be done for all the files that you find inside 6 - remember to save when you have finished your task. 7 - Once finished connect via FTP to your server and reinstall everything forgive my english, but I hope it was good enough thanks
Pman 77
Hi guys, I had the same warning when i tried to edit in the translator in the BO, (Unable to write the language file for the e-mail subject, the path is: / home/prestas1/public_html/iopistoia/themes/default/mails/es/lang.php) i have a missing file for mail within my theme but i i have mails/en in the root folder, but when i edit them here it is not taking affect on the changes, mainly for order_conf.html - .txt I am deleting out certain fields that are not required but still they appear. I particular am interested in the order.txt for my client in his sushi store. Where should i be editing the fields here that print out, for example he wants to change the name of the carrier field, total paid etc, in english and spanish. Do i have to duplicate these files and add them to theme/mails/en for example? And edit from there? What would be in the lang.php that is says i am missing to edit from the translator side. Any help would be awesome. Thanks guys Patrick
