felgra Posted August 1, 2013 Share Posted August 1, 2013 Hello, I am having an issue installing a theme as it does not come out correctly with the positions and it looks totally different than the preview. To answer this question we need to know some more: - What Prestashop version are you using? - What theme do you try to install. Where did you find/buy it (please add URL) - Should the theme be compatible with the Prestashop version you use? (I.e. is it 'made' for that Prestashop version?) - What goes wrong exactly? - Can you add the URL to your shop? This makes it much easier to help you.
