Paypal failure

Hello All,

 

I'm new in here hope you guys can help me. I tried to use the paypal 3.5.5 veriosn for my website which i did followed the insstruction to enter the API info but it seems like not working properly our my site.

 

Here is the message I got when i click onto the paypal icon on my site:

 

Internal Server Error

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

So basically you're never taken to the paypal website? Are you on a live server, or local environment?

Are you using paypal in test mode?

I already requested API from paypal and also basically just ask me to login at the paypal module at thre prestashop for the API info, and what do you mean by a live server and local environment? I didn't use paypal as the test mode, and do I need to create one? Please advise, thank you

I've no idea either, I tried to contact paypal for this issue and they never reply, that's why i m here and seeking for help, thanks
