Problem with a Product showing 0 for price in front end and category title issue

Hi guys,

 

I have two problems I can't get my head around. The first is that there is a certain product which is showing 0 for the price in the category view, but when you go to it's actual product page it displays the correct price. It's only happening with one product, what could be the issue?

 

Secondly, there is a strange issue with the Product category title sometimes appearing in the products name, please see the attached screenshot to see what I mean (Vêtements is the category).

 

Any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated. The site in question is at http://petiteannee.com and http://petiteannee.ch

Can you tell me what product gives the wrong price (0). Please add some link. Does it go wrong in both shops for this product?

 

What P.S. version do you use?

As you will see the price is displayed correctly there, but the price in the category view for this product (All in One & Cotton Blanket Set – Blue) is 0 which you can see here: http://petiteannee.com/en/23-boys

 

It is the same on both the .com and .ch shop (they are exactly the same shop, just wanted different URLs).

 

I'm using the latest version of prestashop.

Thanks, I will think about a reason and try to come up with something...

 

And what about the few cents difference. Can you show me where this goes wrong exactly? Is it a 'round off' error, or really a strange price you see?

I've realised the problem with the few cents difference issue, I hadn't realised that my client had set the .com default currency to EUR where as the .ch is in CHF. So that's not a problem anymore.

 

The only issue is that single product showing 0 for price and the weird issue where the category name sometimes appears before the product name (please see the above screenshot).

N.B. Just for a quick fix about the 0 price: Did you ever try to just delete this item and re-add it? Not satisfying of course (you don't know where it comes from, and if it will happen again), but may be a solution for now...

I went to the same page as your screenshot, but don't get the category name in front of it. Does it show the category every time at your place?

Yes it happens randomly.

 

Ok so I think something has corrupted with my prestashop install, I've just tried to add the product again by recreating it, but the images upload doesn't work, it just doesn't do anything and also when I had text field customizations, it doesn't save them properly and so nothing appears under (please see the screenshot). The product with the 0 price looks like the customizations are corrupted too.

 

What can I try?

May have to do with lack of memory available for PS. Can you copy the Advanced parameters->Configuration information and paste it here?

(only "Information about your configuration block (first one) will do)
