ankush Posted July 25, 2013 Share Posted July 25, 2013 (edited) hello, i am facing an issue of transparent image, i am uploading images in PNG and the rude prestashop is converting it to JPG, so i am looking for a solution and googling around 2-3 hrs. I have seen many solution that we can choose JPG or PNG from preferences > images but actually it is not working at my side, i have tried choosing PNG and saved it But when i switch the tabs and come back again, i saw the radio button is still on JPG and tried to upload the images but images are still uploading on JPG format... don't know why, help me with this. thanks Edited July 26, 2013 by ankush (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
