timboellis Posted July 19, 2013 Author Share Posted July 19, 2013 Thanks found it in the config folder. JUst having such an issue transfering from 1 host to another. I think the issue was the last 2 hosts i trasfered to had prestashop as an installer and this one does not. However i am now creating a back up of the old server and doing a manual upload ftp and recreating the same database username and password etc. to see if it will take that. aaronweb Posted July 19, 2013 Share Posted July 19, 2013 You need to go wp-config.php file to define the WordPress configuration settings required to access your MySQL database. f you manage your own web server or hosting account, you will have this information as a result of creating the database and user.
