Remove Inline Styles- Featured Products

Hello!

 

I need to remove the spacing under my Featured Products block. I have the settings at what I need them to be (5). However, as soon as I add the 5th product, the module wants to do some automatic math and adds a second row.

 

I've checked the .php and .tpl files and I noticed that the variable for the number of items hasn't changed (hope that makes sense!)

 

I have looked at the forum and done a search and this issue doesn't seem to have gotten any attention.

if you remove style element your problem will be solve.

after remove the inline style="" with height param, your page will looks like:

okay we're getting closer...however, altering and even removing the styling had no effect. I made changes, forced compile, cleared cache and cookies and still no changes on site.

seems I have way bigger problems...none of my changes to the .tpl file are being "changed." I wasn't getting any changes when I altered code, so for a test, I completely demolished the code and there are no changes being made to that file!

I removed and reinstalled module. Same problems. I TRIED to "break" the module and I can't even get it to do that! Is there any other input?

Is your shop in force compile and do you have caching turned off?
