GoneVintage Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 I am unable to edit products from my BO, when I click the edit button, the resulting page is a blank screen. The problem appeared suddenly even when no changes were done to Prestashop. Also I can't sort by category in products or save configuration changes elsewhere. This question has been posted before, but the "clear the cache" solution does not work for me. On my office PC running WinXP there is no such problem, while at home on my Win 7 machine both IE and FF suffer from the above problem. Please, Help!
