[solved] Subcategories in the menu doesnt work

I have the same problem but in the Top menu bar , dont show the subcategory:

you've got this error:

Uncaught TypeError: Object #<Object> has no method 'autocomplete'

 

turn off ajax search

you can turn off ajax search under the preferences > search tab in your back office.

scroll page down and you will have there something like:

 

Ajax search Yes No

Enable ajax search for your visitors.

With ajax search, the first 10 products matching the user query will appear in real time below the input field.

Sorry for making this thread up so lately but, I got some questions.

Firstly thanks, it also solved my problem.

 

Secondly, It's a good point that now it works, but if we want the autocomplete to work, how can we make it ?

And why wasn't it working when the options was on "yes" ? What was the changes on putting it on "No" ?
