squareone Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 Hi all: All was working fine. I was adding a second tier of shipping options (UPS 2nd Day). At this point my cart section stopped working. You can still place products into the cart, but when you try click on CHECKOUT all you see is white. Nothing else at all on the page. I turned off the new shipping option figuring that would fix it but it did not. I went to ADVANCED PARAMETERS>PERFORMANCE to turn on debug (https://www.mysite.com/pts/order?SMARTY_DEBUG) but I didn't see anything. Still all white page. Thank you!
