nephi_ Posted June 21, 2013 Share Posted June 21, 2013 Why are the ordered product(s) is/are not show showing on Admin > Orders > Order page but when I look the Cart summary at Admin > Customers > Shopping Carts > View its there.. neomed Posted October 7, 2013 Share Posted October 7, 2013 (edited) I have the same problem. Ordered products not showing in BO nor on invoices. The last order, however, looks all right. All the rest of them are missing the ordered products info. Pictures attached (Sorry, I can't find a way to actually attach the pics, I included them in the message.). Someone PLEASE help! Spanner Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 Same problem for me using v1.6.0.5 - orders appear, money taken and recorded (PayPal or bank transfer), but no items showing in back office or invoice, so I have to go to the shopping carts to see what has been ordered. ThatDesignGroup Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 I did eventually solve this, although it was quite a while ago so I sort of forget how.I do remember it was something to do with the combinations for a product, so I went through and re-did the entire products and variations and it was working.
