Payment Modules

I have the default (as far as I know) payment options installed, including Moneybookers and Paypal. I think I will keep Paypal, but not sure about Moneybookers.

 

1) What are the best VISA, Mastercard, Amex credit/debit card processor modules? I just want plain and simple.

 

2) Is there a "just collect the card information" module? So that I can enter process the credit/debit card manually?

Fastest to get money into your account?

Lowest fees?

Refund option?
