What if I don't want an image with a product?

Hi all:

 

Thought this would be simple but I cannot find a solution. I sell services. I do not want an image to appear with the product. When I do not add any image I get the big NO IMAGE AVAILABLE box on the front end.

 

Is it possible that with all options available on Prestashop, there isn't an option to not use an image?

unfortunately you can't turn images off,

i think that the best in this case is .... ability to edit the template files of your theme. You can remove product images from template yb editing .tpl files located in your theme dir + modules that you use.

Wow! Prestashop seems to have every base covered. I can't believe it.

 

The problem with your solution is I am using multishop. My other shop sells goods and I need the images for that.

but you can create separate theme without images and use it in the store - where you want to hide images

just copy the directory of template, change dir name and that's all
