raptorsmile Posted August 13, 2009 Share Posted August 13, 2009 I would like to ask help about subcategory problem with CSV upload.I made some subcategories under Home and they have "displayed" status - I can check them under Tracking menu. When I tried to upload my trial products with the CSV file, I wrote in the Categories column the name of the subcategory - but after uploading the products appears under Home. I tried it with writing the ID number of the category - it didn't work too.What should I do? Only I would like to upload my products under the right subcategory, not under Home.
