NEEDED: Module to allow for payment in full or installments

I am looking for a module that would allow a customer to:

 

1) make a deposit/initial payment on a product

 

2) that would remind the customer via email that they have an outstanding balance

 

3) that would allow the customer to pay the remaining balance in full or installments within a given time frame (time frame set by me)

 

4) upon full payment of the product, that's when the product will be dispatched.

 

This module needs to work for both physical & virtual products.

 

Can anyone help me?
