The admin can also define the number of days in which product will be delivered to the zip code entered by the customer. After enabling this module the store admin can display a "Check Availability" option on the product page. The customer can check the availability of the product by just entering the zip code of his/her location. Hi, I'd like to change the display of my backoffice. Indeed, when I log in it's the button "All Shops" which is selected at the top right. But I'd like to come to a specific shop and not to "All shops". For information, I have already selected my shop as a default shop in Advanced Parameters > Multishop Thanks for help. Login as Customer Login as Customer Module allows the store admin to login to the customer account with ease. Buenas a todos Soy analista de sistemas, y me conseguí un trabajo donde tengo que administrar un sitio hecho por otra empresa, y este está hecho con prestashop. Pero tengo el problema que no puedo entrar al sitio de administracion. Logro entrar al hosting donde esta montado el sistema, y al file manager. ¿Me pueden ayudar con eso, por favor? O dar TIPS de como ir resolviendolo. Atento a sus comentarios -
Hey, It would be very helpful to have list of all categories together, right now it is very strangely done (and very unintuitive), I'd say it is done wrongly. Cause you cannot find a category, unless you know exactly what are its parents. So for example if I want to check which category is the category id 67, I need to know its parents, cause it will not search it for me in the top level list. The same when you want to edit category, but you only know its name, if it is not in the top level categories, then the search doesn't work, and the whole idea behind search is to find something that you DON'T KNOW where exactly it is, or don't see it right away. Or is there some way to find a category by its name?

Hola a [email protected] Me gustaría añadir a la lista de clientes, una nueva columna. Dentro de la tabla ps_customer he creado una nueva columna que guarda información del cliente. y quiero mostrar el contenido de esa columna en el listado de clientes. He encontrado alguna información que me lleva a modificar AdminCustomerController.php pero no lo deja claro. Alguien tiene alguna idea? Muchas gracias de antemano! Versión Prestashop: 1.7.6.7 P.D. Bonjour à tous, J'utilise Prestashop 1.7.6.3 et je rencontre un problème lors de la création d'un produit. Tout d'abord, il faut savoir que mon catalogue (produits / catégories / attributs / caractéristiques) a été importé via une migration magento vers presta. En effet, lors de la création d'un produit, j'ajoute des caractéristiques via des valeurs prédéfinies qui figurent bien dans la base attributs et caractéristiques (et dans les valeurs). Au moment de l'enregistrement, il me bloque certaines caractéristiques en affichant l'erreur "This value is not valid" mais m'en valide d'autre (voir image). Pas de problème pour une valeur personnalisée Certaines catégories de caractéristiques semblent bien fonctionner, d'autres pas du tout et certaines partiellement. Rien ne différencie à première vue une valeur acceptée d'une qui sera refusée (pas de caractères spéciaux...) Si je crée de nouvelles valeurs dans une catégorie existante (donc qui était dans la migration), j'ai le même problème. Mes tests avec de nouvelles caractéristiques fonctionnent a priori. Là où je suis sûr que mes valeurs ne posent pas de problème, c'est que sur la modification de produit, je peux mettre toutes les valeurs (même celles refusées pour une création). Avez-vous une idée de la provenance d'un tel problème ou encore mieux une solution pour rétablir cela ? Merci par avance.

Hi all, I had a question regarding the Employee profiles. I created a few Employee accounts from the admin side and when I selected the avatar to try and upload a custom avatar for the new employee accounts I'd created, it redirected me to Prestashop and directed me to use my prestashop.com user account to edit this. I may be missing something, but is there a way for people to edit their Avatars without having to go to Prestashop.com and creating an account? Thanks

hola acabo de instalar prestashop en un servidor local apache para ver como funciona , al terminar la instalación puedo acceder a mi front osea a la paguina de forma correcta pero no puedo modificar nada por que al intentar ir al back me da error 404 y me pone que la pagina no existe. cualquier ayuda sera agradecida -

I installed two languages (the admin panel is now in the language I need), but the external part of the website automatically becomes multilingual. Hello, Did some works in admin Backoffice and suddenly system failed. Now I have following situation: www shop is working normally, but when open admin login page just receive only message: HTTP ERROR 500 When checked logs in server there is such error: n\\ParameterBag\\ParameterBag->get('mail_themes_dir')\n#1 /vendor/symfony/symfony/src/Symfony/Component/DependencyInjection/ParameterBag/ParameterBag.php(219): Symfony\\Component\\DependencyInjection\\ParameterBag\\EnvPlaceholderParameterBag->get('mail_themes_dir')\n#2 Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Symfony\\Component\\DependencyInjection\\Exception\\ParameterNotFoundException: The service "prestashop.core.mail_template.theme_folder_catalog" has a dependency on a non-existent parameter "mail_themes_dir". Did you mean this: "themes_dir"? Any idea what should I change via ftp in files to avoid this error and show login window in Backoffice admin page? -

Hi, coming from WordPress I'm used to the notion of taxonomies (Custom Categories you can create to add to your products to better reflect what it belongs to) For example, if I have a book product, in WordPress I would have the categories for the book, but I could create an author taxonomy (which is still a category but with another name) How in prestashop 1.7, could I create a custom taxonomy for my books ? I need to have for example an Author taxonomy, which will only be displayed on some pages and on the product page. A book will have one or more author it belongs to, and I would like it to be reflected on the product page, or people to be able to search by author name. I understand creating a category Author could make the trick, and creating subcategories for each specific author could maybe works, but it feels a little like a hack. TLDR : Isn't a way to create custom categories in Prestashop 1.7 ? Thank you for every help I can get.

I started with PrestaShop and initially I gave a personal email address for administration. And at the moment, I wanted to change the names, first names, email address and password of the administrator account with another PrestaShop account that I just created on the site of prestashop. Since then, I can not log in to the back office either with the new registered account or with the old one. I specify that I work locally. Je débute avec PrestaShop et au départ j'ai donné une adresse mail perso pour l'administration. Et à l'instant, j'ai voulu changer les noms, prénoms, adresse mail et mot de passe du compte administrateur avec un autre compte PrestaShop que je viens de créer sur le site de prestashop. Depuis, je ne peux plus me connecter au back office, ni avec le nouveau compte enregistré, ni avec l'ancien. Je précise que je travaille en local. Merci de votre aide rapide car je dois faire une première présentation demain. -
I use to access my PrestaShop administration panel from a number of different places and every time I change my place (like when I come home from the office) I have to enter my e-mail and password again (I prefer not to save these things in the browser). Can I configure PrestaShop to remember me using a cookie and keep trusting it wherever I go? Or to add some IPs to a whitelist perhaps? -
Bonjour, depuis deux jours, et sans modifications, il m'est impossible de me connecter sur le back-office avec les comptes administrateurs. Les comptes avec les profils type commerciale ou autres fonctionnent quant a eux. Après de nombreuses recherches et tests, cookies, cache, mise à jour serveur et autres, rien n'y fait. Avez-vous déjà pu rencontrer ce problème ? -
Bonjour la communauté, J'ai installé prestashop 1.7 et migré les données de mon ancienne version sur la nouvelle, il y a quelques mois. En multiboutique, sur le menu dans l'administration, quand je clique sur le lien "produit" ou "Module et services" je me retrouve avec une page ou il est écrit "File not found". Si dans la barre d'url on supprime la partie représentant la boutique spécifique on accède à la page ex : Par le menu : www.boutique.com/boutique1/adminxxxx/index.php/product/catalog?_token=_xxxxxx => Erreur "File not found" En supprimant la boutique : www.boutique.com/adminxxxx/index.php/product/catalog?_token=_xxxxxx => Accès à la page des produits Je n'arrive pas à voir ce qui cloche et donc je fais appel à qui aurait une solution pour me sortir de là... c'est pas pratique du tout... salut , je suis sur prestashop 1.6 , pour créer une entrée au niveau du backoffice pour mon module , j'ai suivi le lien suivant menu_module_administration mais il m'affiche cette erreur ( image ci dessous ) une idée s'il vous plaît ??

Ma boutique est sous Prestashop 1.6.1.19. et hébergée par OVH mutualisé. j'ai besoin de votre aide parce qu'à peine installée (2 produits mis en ligne), la PAGE D'ADMINISTRATION de ma boutique me renvoie ERREUR 404 : PAGE INTROUVABLE LA PAGE QUE VOUS AVEZ DEMANDÉE N'EXISTE PLUS. Du coup, je ne peux plus avoir accès au Back office de ma boutique, pendant ce temps, le Front office, lui, marche correctement. Je me rappelle que le seul dossier que j'ai supprimé est le INSTALL suivant la recommandation impérative de Prestashop. Merci de m'aider promptement. -
