markjl Posted May 28, 2013 Author Share Posted May 28, 2013 I'm used to using Access to be able to manipulate the data and get any dimension I want about the customer. Perhaps bespoke reporting is the answer but basically I want to know as much as possible about who bought what. I need summary figures with drill down to detail like Cognos or Business Objects so I can explain my sales and build strategy based on best sellers I have seen the reports in stats 'best products' but I would like to play with dimensions like in an Excel pivot table ...
