FedEx Module, US -> Canada, CustomsValue and DutiesPayment

Hi there,

 

I've got a client using the FedEx module, who wants to ship from the US to Canada. I've configured CA as a country and added International shipping choices. The FedEx web service is returning rates.

 

The bad news is that some of these rates are much lower than they should be. We contacted FedEx, and it was explained that the site/module was not submitting values for two important data-points - CustomsValue and DutiesPayment. These are both in the WSDL. According FedEx API tech support, these missing values are causing the aberrant shipping rates.

 

I can't find any specification for those data-points in the admin or any reference to setting that data in the code, prior to sending the web service request in the FedEx module.

 

So I'm looking for a little help. How can I add this information to the request?
