Table "order_detail" not Fully Populating 1.5.4.1

Prestashop 1.5.4.1

 

I need details from the "order_detail" table, specifically I need the "purchase_supplier_price" value so that I can calculate the margin for affiliates.

 

In my previous build Prestashop 1.5.3.1 this was not a problem, however, in this build the following "order_detail" table columns are not populating:

1. total_shipping_price_tax_incl
   
2. total_shipping_price_tax_excl
   
3. purchase_supplier_price
   

Any ideas as to what is going wrong and how to fix it.

I'm getting close to launch date and this is an important requirement.
