dustcollector Posted May 17, 2013 Author Share Posted May 17, 2013 Hi Vekia, I think my webhosting should have the ability to use PHP () as I have been using this for the past 1 year. Only when i upgraded to 1.5.3.1 and this problem surfaced. I have also tried to use STMP mail and it does not work. SPAM folder do not have any mails. The thing I don't understand is that I receive the notification when a product got low quantity. Both notifications are controlled by the same plugins. Do someone have an idea for that issue? The only things I have done was - install mail alert from prestashop and configure properly, then deactivate it and then again activate. And after that I have reset all settings for DNS server with help of my hosting and it seems to be ok.
