Rutger1973 Posted May 25, 2008 Share Posted May 25, 2008 Dear All I am kind of new with Prestashop but I believe that the possibilities are great. I would like to start experimenting but I stumble upon a problem with the installation. According to step to, ,y system meets all the requirements. I have made a subdirectory on my domain, copied the extracted files and started the install procedure. It connects with the DB and filles it up, test mail is send correctly but is doesn't go any further. What could be the problem? All help is welcome.... Rei Posted August 20, 2008 Share Posted August 20, 2008 I got the same problem too, but i double check the uploaded files and realised that it was due to incomplete upload (some files are with 0 bytes).Re-upload the files solved the problem for me.
