Installed presta locally, worked, but now error message

Hi there,

 

maybe you know what to do: I've sucessfully installed Prestashop locally, but when I try to get to my shop there is only an error message that Firefox cannot establish connection to the server, e.g. I cannot open localhost. Also, when trying to open my databases via Wampp there's the same error.

 

Am I doing something wrong?
