HELP please can't log to in to admin after upgrade and password retrieval not working

Hello,

After upgrading to latest beta version I cant log in to the back end anymore. neither in my old installation nor in my new installation. If I request the password to be emailed to me I do not receive anything.

Is there a chance to change the password in the db, can someone tell me where it is in MYSQL?

The password field in the db is encrpted so it would be difficult to change it.

You could try manually adding a new employee to the employee field, using a new email address, then use the regenerate password option to receive a new password for that employee.
