order_id and reference number in mail

Hello

I just place a test order on my shop and in mail to user i have this:

Order: KUEHSYER, placed on 03/27/2013

 

but in mail to owner i have this:

Order: 000007 placed on 03/27/2013

 

Please tell me how to change owner email to show something like this

Order: KUEHSYER, 000007 placed on 03/27/2013

The mail should have the customers Name and email at the top of the mail.

Yes they have, but i want order number and reference in one mail
