VAT Check and Taxes

I have some big problem with the module vatnumber and taxes in B2B Shop:

 

i want to sell in two different countries ( Germany and Austria )

in the module the VAT country setup to Austria and checked the option for validate the VAT number.

 

So:

 

if i not logged in the prices showing fine ( tax excl. and incl.).

 

I i logged in with Austrian Address and VAT the Shop showing all the taxes fine. But if i logged in with German Address, the taxes showing no more, every price showing in the Shop with Tax excl).

 

And if i change the setup in the module to Germany, it the same problem but now for the Austrian Address

 

How can i show the taxes in all countries and check all the time the VAT Numbers?
