tannerS Posted February 24, 2013 Share Posted February 24, 2013 I would suggest you insure all orders that can't be self covered, at least with my business if the package does not arrive the customer just does a charge back. Or you alienate the customer and loose future business. Shipping insurance protects the seller, not the buyer. I use third party postal insurance for USPS. It averages about $0.80 per package if it's under $100.00. I loose a few per month and occasionally a $50/$60 order will get damaged.
