Kursat Gurcay
Hi, afxsolutions After upgrading Prestashop you need to regenerate thumbnails. Go to: Preferences / Images and you will see all images size like; 1 small 2 medium 3 large 4 thickbox 5 category 6 home You need to copy all of this and give a new name like; 1 small_default 2 medium_default 3 large_default 4 thickbox_default 5 category_default 6 home_default After this regenerate thumbnails then i think you will be able to see all images in your front page. (Important : Dont delete the old copy of image size option)

benjamin utterback
Hello all, yes this was a old issue that was fixed in the next version. Versions after 1.5.3 should not have this problem. If it does, please let me know.
Slumdog
Hello, I've upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.5.5.0 and I'm having big trouble with images. I don't see the products images either in FO or BO. I tried your suggestion, but I'm getting pages of errors like this one "Original image is missing or empty (/home/domain/public_html/shop/img/p/x/x/xx.jpg)"...... Please help with a suggestion
Slumdog
After days and nights installing/upgrading prestashop, i can't believe it was so simple to do... Prestashop team I think this is a bug in the system. For those who have this issue here is the resolution that I have found in this forum: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/272333-solved-how-to-dont-show-product-images-after-upgrade-to-155/
JohnADK
Hi Slumdog, Thanks for your response. In the meantime I changed the folder structure manually and then regenerated thumbnails, which worked in the end, but took quite some time. Thanks for posting the link! I have found this and marked for future reference.
S7 Media Ltd
Slumdog, I had the same issue. I think it was to do with the _default thing.

I have found this and marked for future reference. I don't think you had to actually change it manually. You can run this query found in this forge report and then regenerate your thumbnails. It should work fine. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-10282

You can run this query found in this forge report and then regenerate your thumbnails. It should work fine. http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFV-10282 I ran the query against my database, then move images and regenerate thumbnails as suggested. I am still getting the exact same error. I have tried different solutions found in the forums but I get the same error every time. 709 errors are: Original image is missing or empty (/img/p/1/6/7/167.jpg) for product ID 169 Original image is missing or empty (/img/p/2/8/9/289.jpg) for product ID 291 Original image is missing or empty (/img/p/2/9/9/299.jpg) for product ID 301 ... ... .
