Site suspended over excessive load

Hi

 

We have just had our site suspended with the following message - we are using 1.4.6.2:

 

On checking we found that the server load was high in the server and we have suspended the account brilliantbikes.co.uk for abusing.

 

Please find the following server log as a proof,

There could be many reasons, we would need some actual information about your shop / server.

 

How many products do you have?

How many attribute combinations per product?

What type of server (Shared, VPS)?

How many visitors a month do you get?

Any special modules installed?
